This was announced by Oguljahan Atabayeva, Vice President for Medical Affairs at the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care, during a working visit to the city of Arkadag by the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.<br \/>\nAccording to her, the observatory&#8217;s construction is planned as part of a large-scale modernization of the library, supported by the Charitable Foundation.
