On February 25, a briefing dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan\u2019s permanent Neutrality was held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Japan.
\nDuring the briefing, the significance of the Resolution of the UN General Assembly \u00ab2025 – International Year of Peace and Trust\u00bb initiated by Turkmenistan was emphasized, which is a logical continuation and implementation of the philosophy of interstate relations put forward by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
\nThe participants of the event were informed about the planned events within the framework of the International Year of Peace and Trust.
\nThis year marks 30 years since Turkmenistan declared Permanent neutrality, which was enshrined in the resolutions of the UN General Assembly in 1995 and 2015.
