On February 28, 2025, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Atajan Movlamov met with the High Commissioner of Bangladesh to this country Iqbal Hussain Khan at the Embassy of Bangladesh in Islamabad.
\nDuring the meeting, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan handed over to the High Commissioner of Bangladesh the official invitation letter on behalf of the National Leader of Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed to the President of the People\u2019s Republic of Bangladesh Mohammed Shahabuddin to participate in the International Forum of Peace and Trust timed to the 30th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan.
\nThe sides discussed paths to expand and strengthen mutually beneficial relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Bangladesh.
