On March 21, a nationwide greening campaign was held in the country with the participation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
\nAmong the participants of today’s celebration are the Chairperson of the Mejlis, Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads and representatives of military and law enforcement agencies, ministries, industry departments, representative offices of foreign countries and international organisations accredited in our country, as well as the general public.
\nThe environmental policy pursued by the state is aimed at creating a sustainable, clean natural environment for future generations. An important aspect of this policy is the broad involvement of the population in work related to the protection of our nature. The nationwide greening campaign contributes to the implementation of such noble goals and the formation of an environmental culture in our society.
\nIn the state policy of the President, special attention is paid to issues related to environmental protection. Comprehensive reforms carried out in the economic and social spheres of the country – as an important condition for the prosperous life of our people, are inextricably linked with the environment.
