On April 4, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Tokyo, together with the Japan Friendship Exchange Council, organized a cultural forum dedicated to \u201c2025 \u2013 the International Year of Peace and Trust\u201d.
\nDuring his speech, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan A.Bayramov noted that by consistently implementing a foreign policy course based on the principles of positive neutrality and having received broad support from the Community of Nations, Turkmenistan makes a concrete contribution to strengthening constructive international cooperation for the sake of universal well-being and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Evidence of this are the creative initiatives of Turkmenistan, put forward in the format of the UN and other authoritative structures, including the proclamation of 2025 as the \u201cInternational Year of Peace and Trust\u201d.
\nThe Ambassador expressed his sincere gratitude to the Government of Japan for its valuable support and contribution to the further strengthening of friendly relations between Turkmenistan and Japan.
