On April 17, within the framework of the proclamation of 2025 as the \u201cInternational Year of Peace and Trust\u201d and in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Kyrgyz Republic organized a round table at the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn.
\nThe event was attended by teachers and students of this university and scientists from the University of the Republic of Turkey, who participated via video conference.
\nDuring the round table, the significance of the proclamation of 2025 as the “International Year of Peace and Trust” on the initiative of Turkmenistan was presented. The open door policy, consistently implemented by Turkmenistan as a neutral state, which contributes to strengthening cooperation and friendly relations with world countries, was especially emphasized.
\nParticular attention was paid to the events held at the high and highest levels in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan\u2019s neutrality, planned during the \u201cInternational Year of Peace and Trust\u201d.
