On April 25-26, the Turkmen delegation headed by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the People\u2019s Republic of China P. Durdiyev took part in the sixth Meeting of Foreign Ministers of the \u201cCentral Asia-China\u201d format held in Almaty.
\nDuring the meeting, issues related to preparations to the second Summit of the Heads of State of the \u201cCentral Asia – China\u201d format, planned to be held in June of current year in Astana were discussed.
\nNoting the importance of strengthening the legal-contractual foundation of the six-party interaction, the sides considered the documents to be signed within the framework of the forthcoming Summit.
\nSpecial emphasis was placed on the issues of enhancing political dialog within the format, expanding comprehensively beneficial trade and economic cooperation, transport communication, sustainable development and ecology.
