Turkmenistan\u2019s permanent neutrality was held in the village of Edelbay in Stavropol Krai
\nOn May 16, 2025, the Consulate of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation (Astrakhan) and Secondary School No. 14 of the village of Edelbay organized a ceremonial event dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan\u2019s permanent neutrality The event took place in the village of Edelbay of Blagodarnensky District of the Stavropol Krai.
\nThe event, which was attended by representatives of the district administration, cultural and educational workers, as well as students from Turkmenistan, began with a ceremony of laying flowers at the monument to the great Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fraghi.
\nThen the participants presented a diverse program of performances: expressive reading of songs, musical, folklore and dance compositions.
