\nThe signing ceremony took place on May 26 at the headquarters of the Qatar Football Association in Doha.
\nPresident of the Qatar Football Association Jassim bin Rashid Al Buainen and President of the Football Federation of Turkmenistan Guvanch Ovekov signed the document. The ceremony was also attended by the Secretaries General of both organizations \u2014 Mansour Al Ansari from the Qatari side and Serdar Geldiev from the Turkmen side.
