On August 9, a meeting was held in the National Tourist Zone \u201cAvaza\u201d between the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Ahmet Gurbanov and the Minister Delegate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Integration, International Cooperation, and Chadians Abroad of the Republic of Chad Ms. Fatim\u00e9 Aldjineh Garfa.
\nDuring the meeting, turkmen side expressed gratitude to the delegation of the Republic of Chad for participating in the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC3). The sides noted the importance of this event in the context of promoting cooperation between countries and sustainable development.
\nThe diplomats emphasized the potential for developing bilateral relations in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
\nDuring the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities for delegations from two countries to participate in the events organized by Turkmenistan and the Republic of Chad during this year.
\nIn this context, the importance of the International Forum of Peace and Trust, scheduled to be held in Ashgabat in December of current year in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan\u2019s permanent neutrality, was emphasized.
\nIn turn, Ms. Garfa invited the Turkmen side to consider the possibility of Turkmenistan\u2019s representatives participating in events within the framework of the Chad Connection 2030 project.
