It would also be appropriate if we declared a book-reading month in our country every year.\u201d Guided by these wonderful words, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan announces a “Book Marathon” on reading fictions among master’s students and students of higher education institutions in the country.
