Turkmenistan took part in the 10th International Festival of Authentic Turkic and Tatar Culture KURULTAI, which is taking place in the Romanian city of Tekrigheol from September 5 to 7.
\nThe festival is held under the patronage of the National Commission of Romania for UNESCO with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Romania. It is aimed at preserving and popularizing the cultural heritage of peoples, strengthening intercultural dialogue and maintaining the diversity of cultural traditions.
\nTwo Turkmen films were presented at the festival, reflecting the rich cultural heritage and modern trends of the national cinema. The films “Gyzyl k\u00fcrte” directed by Sahysalyh Bayramov and “Gyzyl alma” directed by Hekim Alovov were shown as part of the festival.
