On 22 September, a meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba Bruno Rodr\u00edguez Parrilla was held on the sidelines of the jubilee session of the UN General Assembly.
\nDuring the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of Turkmen-Cuban relations in political-diplomatic, economic and humanitarian fields.
\nThe collaboration within international organizations was viewed, as well as the necessity to intensify cooperation between the Foreign Ministries of the two countries underlined.
\nThe prospects of partnership in the field of healthcare, agriculture, sports, tourism and other sectors were also discussed.
