The chefs prepared it using a recipe from the book &#8220;Bereketli T\u00fcrkmen Sa\u00e7agy,&#8221; breaking the bread by hand, mixing it with meat and onions, and basting it with broth fat. The dish is served on a large wooden tray.<br \/>\nTurkmen cuisine, including pilaf, gutaby, manti, and pishme, is part of the country&#8217;s cultural heritage.
