The speaker emphasized the contract as a primary tool for business protection and highlighted the advantages of alternative dispute resolution methods.<br \/>\nThe third session focused on taxation and understanding fiscal responsibilities. The speaker discussed compliance with tax legislation, audits, and related issues.
