Renowned Soviet and Russian television host and People’s Artist of Russia Yuri Nikolaev has died at the age of 76. Nikolai Tsiskaridze, rector of the Agrippina Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet and People’s Artist of Russia, announced this on his Telegram channel.
\nHis family also confirmed his death to the Tass agency. Nikolaev would have turned 77 in December.
\n“Yuri Nikolaev has gone to heaven… The news just arrived that he has passed away… How sad! Let’s remember him together… Blessed memory,” Tsiskaridze wrote.
\nYuri Nikolaev was a Russian television host, actor, and producer.
