A roundtable discussion entitled “Prospects for Eurasian Integration \u2013 The Role of Youth in the New Digital World” was held in Ashgabat. The Department of Education, Science, and Culture of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Turkmenistan organized the event.
\nThe meeting was timed to coincide with the 100th anniversary of Russia’s public diplomacy. Diplomats, scholars, public figures, and representatives of the youth expert community participated in the discussion.
\nParticipants also noted that the anniversary of public diplomacy coincided with the Year of International Peace and Trust and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality.
\nFirst Secretary of the Russian Embassy, Yulia Zaitseva, stated that these dates reflect a shared aspiration for peace and dialogue. She emphasized the importance of humanitarian and economic ties for the development of bilateral relations and called on young people, amid digitalization, to preserve spiritual values as the foundation for a sustainable future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
