On February 5, a ceremonial event dedicated to the motto of 2026 – \u201cIndependent permanently neutral Turkmenistan \u2212 homeland of purposeful heavenly horses\u201d was held at Istanbul Medipol University.
\nThe event was attended by the Consul General of Turkmenistan in Istanbul O.Jumanazarov, members of the university\u2019s leadership and academic staff, as well as Turkmen students studying at higher education institutions in the Republic of T\u00fcrkiye.
\nIn their speeches, the participants emphasized the significance of the proclaimed motto for further strengthening the sovereignty of Turkmenistan and enhancing its international standing. It was noted that the profound symbolism of the image of winged steeds embodies the country\u2019s dynamic development, high aspirations, and commitment to the future.
\nRepresentatives of Istanbul Medipol University, in turn, highlighted the high level and dynamic development of Turkmen\u2013Turkish relations and expressed their interest in further expanding cooperation in the fields of education and science.
