\nThese regulations apply to advertising materials posted in traditional media, as well as online and other digital channels. Liability is incurred if false information was disseminated for profit and caused significant damage.
\nThe updated article introduces a system of fines, the amount of which depends on the category of the offender. For individuals, fines ranging from 30 to 50 basic units are envisaged. Officials face fines ranging from 40 to 60 base units, while legal entities face higher fines of 50 to 75 base units.
