A new power plant with a capacity of 220/110/35/10 kW was put into operation in the Dovletli gengeshlik of Tejen etrap of Ahal velayat.
Responsible officials of regional and district administrations, institutions and enterprises, deputies of the Mejlis, representatives of public organizations and elders attended the ceremonial event on this occasion.
The power plant, the total area of which is 9 hectares, includes two transformers with a voltage of 125 megavolts. Also two transformers with a voltage of 40 megavolts and two transformers with a voltage of 25 megavolts, as well as three open switchgears with a voltage of 220/110/35 kilovolts and a closed switchgear with a voltage of 10 kilovolts.
After the opening of the new facility, the guests of the ceremony were acquainted with the equipment and capabilities of the modern power plant.
The launch of the new power plant will ensure uninterrupted and reliable power transmission to the population of Tejen, Babadaykhan and Saragt etraps.
On behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, modern automotive equipment was transferred for the needs of the Tejen power plant.
