Italian Embassy celebrated the Italian Republic Day in Ashgabat, at Yyldyz hotel, as reported official website of the Embassy. This event was held by honoring the constitutional values of equality, democracy, and peace, principles that inspire Italy’s international engagement in promoting solidarity, cooperation among states, and respect for human rights.
The Deputy Prime Minister for Agriculture, Water Resources, and the Environment, H.E. Tanryguly Atahalliyev, was the guest of honor, representing the Government of Turkmenistan. On this occasion, Maestro Nello Salza, after day who also hold a concert on 3 June to Turkmen classical music lovers, performed the Italian national anthem as a solo trumpeter. The celebration of the Italian Republic day highlighted the excellent level of bilateral relations between Italy and Turkmenistan in the political, economic-commercial, cultural, and scientific fields, as well as the deep friendship that unites the Italy and Turkmenistan.
