On May 9, the Watan Cinema and Concert Hall in Ashgabat will host a celebratory concert, “The Great Victory – in Everyone’s Heart,” dedicated to the memory of the heroic deeds of those who fought in the Great Patriotic War, as reported by the turkmenistan.gov.tm.
The concert will feature tenor Meilis Muradgeldiyev, a professor at the Maya Kulieva Turkmen National Conservatory, the “Grand Music” group with soloist Dovlet Yoldashev, and accordionist Ruslan Baltayev.
Audiences will enjoy a heartfelt performance of wartime songs that became symbols of courage, resilience, and national unity. The concert will be a tribute to and gratitude for the generation of victors, whose heroic deeds will forever remain in the memory of their descendants.
