A delegation of Turkmen entrepreneurs is on a working visit to the United States. They are participating in the SelectUSA 2026 Investment Summit in National Harbor, Maryland, from May 3 to 6.
Negotiations with American companies and investors are taking place during the event. Also participating in the summit are Turkmenistan’s Ambassador to the United States, Esen Aydogdyev, and U.S. Ambassador to Turkmenistan, Elizabeth Rood.
The program includes plenary sessions, an exhibition area, and expert discussions on investment, technology, manufacturing, and regional development.
The Turkmen delegation’s participation in the forum is seen as a step toward expanding trade and economic cooperation between the countries. The delegation includes Jamilya Karimova, founder of the Ish Nokady coworking center.
