An important working meeting aimed at taking our country’s football to a new level has begun in the conference hall of the Yyldyz Hotel, located in one of the capital’s most beautiful corners. This event, organized as part of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) League Development Program, aims to analyze the current state of Turkmen football and improve it in line with international standards. High-ranking experts and guests from the Asian Football Confederation are chairing the important meeting. The leadership and leading specialists of the Football Federation of Turkmenistan, as well as managers and representatives of the country’s Premier League football clubs are attending the meeting.
During the meeting, the parties discussed important issues such as raising the level of our national championship, strengthening the clubs’ management and organizational skills, and developing marketing and media strategies. AFC representatives also provided valuable advice and presented presentations on the experiences of leading Asian leagues and current club licensing requirements. Direct communication and exchange of experience with representatives of the top league open up extensive opportunities for further strengthening the material, technical, and organizational base of our country’s professional football clubs. This active and productive consultation, taking place at the Yyldyz Hotel, is further evidence of the successful implementation of joint projects between the Football Federation of Turkmenistan and the Asian Football Confederation, as well as the significant attention paid at the state level to the development of sports, particularly football, in our country.
