The Football Federation of Turkmenistan continues its effective work to improve the quality of football in our country, enhance the professionalism of the coaching staff, and bring it into line with international standards. As part of this effort, a Level B coaching course is being held in our capital, Ashgabat, jointly organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and the Football Federation of Turkmenistan (FFT).
The AFC-standard B license training program is aimed at achieving these goals and is designed to equip participating coaches with the most advanced football techniques, game tactics, and analytics. The training program consists of two main stages: Theoretical training: Tactical analysis, player psychology, planning, and developing goals for modern football. Practical training: Practical development of various combinations on the field, defensive and attacking tactics. Coaches who successfully complete this course will be able to work at a higher level in professional clubs and children’s sports schools across the country. This course is of paramount importance for the development of young talent, who are the future of Turkmen football.
