The second Senior Officials Meeting of the Global Alliance was held

On July 1, 2026, the second Senior Officials Meeting of the Global Alliance was held in Vienna, the Republic of Austria.
The international conference was attended by representatives of a number of foreign states and international organizations, including the Turkmen delegation led by the Deputy Chairman of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan.
The agenda of the conference covered a wide range of important tasks in the field of migration. During the event, cooperation in migration management at regional and global levels was discussed. An exchange of views also took place on issues of managing safe, orderly, and legal migration.
Following the outcomes of the international event, the draft Work Plan of the Global Alliance for 2026–2028, aimed at deepening multilateral cooperation, was mutually reviewed. At the conclusion of the conference, the parties expressed confidence in the further harmonious development of mutual cooperation in the future and wished each other success in their work.
The active participation of representatives of our Service in a number of key international conferences, meetings, forums, and international events conducted on migration issues serves as a vivid testament to the strengthening of international cooperation of our Independent, eternally Neutral Motherland in the migration sphere.
