National mobile operator “Altyn Asyr” announced the launch of a new network code, 72. Previously, the company served subscribers using the prefixes 61, 62, 63, 64, and 65. Now, the operator’s customer numbers in the international format will begin with +99372xxxxxx, according to the country’s IIC.
This decision was prompted by the dynamic development of the domestic telecommunications market and the ever-growing demand for mobile services. The expansion of the numbering capacity will meet the needs of new subscribers and reduce congestion on the existing network. Numbers with the new prefix are already available for sale at all “Altyn Asyr” service points at the operator’s standard rates.
“Altyn Asyr” has successfully operated in the Turkmen communications market since 2004, providing reliable coverage and high-quality connections in all regions of the country.
