The opening ceremony of the China International Press Communication Center (CIPCC) 2026 international training program for journalists took place in Beijing. This large-scale project, run from September to December 2026 under the auspices of the China International Information Center, brought together 109 media representatives from 101 countries. Among the participants in this prestigious professional platform was a representative of the online newspaper “Altyn Asyr” from Turkmenistan.
The program’s main goal is to provide international media professionals with a comprehensive understanding of China’s political system, economic development, foreign policy strategy, and rich cultural heritage. Over the course of four months, participants will be able to enhance their skills, learn cutting-edge information technologies, and establish direct contacts with leading Chinese and international publications.
The Turkmen journalist’s participation in the CIPCC-2026 project underscores the progressive development of information diplomacy and the strengthening of traditionally friendly ties between Turkmenistan and China. Such international platforms facilitate the practical exchange of experiences, bring people together, and promote peaceful humanitarian dialogue in the global media space.
