The train, which will depart from the Polish city of Przemyśl, will pass through the cities of Krakow, Ostrava, Prague, Dresden, Leipzig and Erfurt before reaching Frankfurt and its international airport. In a statement about the project, where tickets from Poland to Germany start at 10 euros, Leo Express CEO Peter Köhler emphasized that the new route will further strengthen relations between Western and Eastern Europe, connect important regional centers and provide a convenient route.
According to the schedule, the train departing from Przemyśl at 13:31 will arrive at Frankfurt Airport at 07:53 the next day, allowing passengers to catch their international flights without any problems. The return train from Frankfurt will depart at 08:27 and arrive in Przemyśl at 02:23 the next day. This service will also provide direct connections between Prague, Dresden, Leipzig, Erfurt, and Frankfurt.
For the convenience of passengers, all carriages of the new long-distance train will be fully equipped with wireless internet (Wi-Fi), sockets for charging devices, and various refreshments.
