The Turkmen State Institute of Culture has announced a creative writing competition dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality, as reported by the education.gov.tm.
University students are invited to showcase their creative talents and express their views on key issues of our country’s foreign policy and independence.
The theme of the competition is “Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan – Homeland of Peace and Trust.” Participants will be asked to write an article exploring the significance of Turkmenistan’s neutrality, its role in the international arena, and its contribution to global peace. Entries will be judged on originality, depth of topic, and journalistic style.
The best works will be published in the country’s leading newspapers and magazines, and the winners will receive certificates of honor, letters of gratitude, and valuable gifts.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony on December 1.
