Construction has begun on a modern Toyota dealership in Ashgabat, which will become an important element of the city’s automotive infrastructure.
The new complex will be built to the brand’s international standards and will offer a wide range of services to car enthusiasts. The project is being implemented in partnership with Beýik Ýüpek Ýoly and Toyota Central Asia, with the support of Japanese investment.
The future center will be located on a 2.79-hectare site on G. Kuliyev Street and will be the region’s first 3S-format center, combining vehicle sales, service, and a genuine parts warehouse. The two-story building will house modern showrooms and a service center, providing vehicle maintenance and repair services at all stages of their life.
Particular attention has been paid to the implementation of a new retail concept, including a “Customer Hub”—a space where customers can not only receive specialist advice but also explore the Toyota model lineup, take advantage of digital services, and intuitive vehicle navigation.
The new center’s service area will be equipped to handle a variety of services, from diagnostics and maintenance to complex repair procedures, including electronic system calibration and software updates. The center will be able to service up to eight vehicles simultaneously, significantly improving service speed and customer comfort. Specialized areas for body repair, detailing, and car washing will also be provided.
The new center will offer customers current Toyota models, including hybrid versions, and will provide high-quality warranty and post-warranty service. A test drive area will allow potential buyers to become more familiar with the vehicle models.
Completion of the new dealership is scheduled for December 2027, marking an important step toward improving auto service in the region and increasing the availability of Toyota products in Turkmenistan.
