Turkmenistan is changing its Turkish visa processing provider. Mosaic Visa, which has received official status and will replace the previous provider, Gateway International, will now process visa applications for its citizens.
The new Mosaic Visa Turkmenistan visa center will open in Ashgabat soon. It will be located at 71 G.Kuliev Street 2127, within the MB Söwda Merkezi Shopping Center. Starting January 12, applications will be accepted by appointment only.
Visa applications can be submitted in two ways: through the company’s online platform or in person at the visa center. All applications previously submitted through Gateway International remain valid and will be processed accordingly.
Visas between Turkmenistan and Türkiye have been in effect since September 2022. Citizens can apply for various types of visas, including tourist, business, work, study, and transit visas. The list of required documents depends on the visa category and the requirements of the Turkish authorities.
Mosaic Visa is accredited by the consular offices of the Republic of Türkiye. The center will be open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, and until 14:00 during Ramadan.
It is noted that the visa center serves solely for technical and organizational purposes, while the final decision on visa issuance rests with the Turkish consulate.
