A young teacher of the Department of Horsemanship and Breeding of the Aba Annayev International Equestrian Academy and a member of the International Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding Association, Novruzalem Gurdov, confidently won the international competition “The Best Teacher of the CIS – 2025” held in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
According to the results of the final online stage of the competition, which ended in early January, the teaching work and achievements of the young teacher from Turkmenistan were highly appreciated by the judges.
As a result of his victory in the competition, N. Gurdov entered the ranks of the best teachers of the CIS in 2025 and was awarded a badge and a diploma of the 1st degree.
Novruzalem Gurdov said about his achievement: “By participating in the international competition, I felt a great responsibility to honor the high trust placed in young teachers in our country. Therefore, winning this competition was a real joy for me and strengthened my goals and initiatives in my professional work.
The competition, organized by the Republican Educational Center “Bilim” in joining with the International Charitable Foundation “Dobro”, was aimed at identifying talented employees in the education sector in the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States and evaluating their professional skills.
