On October 14, the National Library of Azerbaijan opened a “Turkmen Literature Corner.” This section features a collection of books, publications, and scholarly works dedicated to the culture, history, and literature of Turkmenistan.
During the opening, a meeting was held to discuss efforts to further expand literary ties between the two countries, including the mutual publication of literary works in the languages of the fraternal peoples.
That same day, a pavilion of Turkmen national cuisine opened in Baku’s Seaside Park, highlighting confectionery and culinary traditions of Turkmen cuisine. Performances by Turkmen cultural and artistic figures took place in front of the pavilion.
These cultural events took place as part of the Days of Turkmenistan Culture in Azerbaijan, which took place from October 13 to 15 in Baku and Ganja.
