Igor Ermolaev, a student from Turkmenistan at the North Caucasus Federal University’s Institute of Physics, Mathematics, and Natural Sciences, received the All-Russian “Foreign Student of the Year” award in the “Scientific Breakthrough of the Year” category.
The award ceremony took place on November 20, 2025, at Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia in Moscow. Organized by the Association of Foreign Students of Russia, the award recognized the country’s best students in eight fields.
