A working meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Turkmenistan, Mr. Ji Shumin, took place on October 17, 2025, at the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, the traditionally high level of interstate relations was emphasized. The sides exchanged views on the prospects and potential of the Turkmen-Chinese partnership in the field of migration, discussing a number of priority areas in this sphere. The role of mutual interaction within the framework of international organizations in the development of the traditionally friendly relations between the two states was also particularly noted.
In conclusion, the sides expressed confidence in the further intensification of cooperation in the field of migration for the benefit of the friendly peoples of both countries.
