In order to fully cover the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, which will be held in August in the national tourist zone “Avaza”, journalists will be provided with all the necessary working conditions, as reported tdh.gov.tm.
The National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov got acquainted with the equipment of the complex’s facilities during the inspection of preparations for the conference. As noted, all conditions for speakers, translators and journalists must be provided at the upcoming event under the auspices of the UN. Particular attention is paid to maintaining the uninterrupted functioning of communications and the Internet.
Volunteers, who will assist journalists in covering the event, are of great importance in organizing the work of the media.
The organizers will provide the opportunity for the prompt sending of materials by leading world media, and will also optimally resolve issues related to the audio equipment in the premises. This will allow for proper coverage of the conference in the global information space.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stressed the importance of carefully elaborating each task, given that the upcoming forum will cover many areas. He noted that Turkmenistan has accumulated solid experience in holding international events, so every effort should be made to organize the conference at a high level.
In addition, it is planned to prepare videos dedicated to relations between Turkmenistan and the UN, which will clearly demonstrate the country’s contribution to the development of international partnership.
