The Exhibition of Economic Achievements of Turkmenistan, dedicated to the 34th anniversary of the country’s independence, opened on Thursday at the Exhibition Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan (CCIT) in Ashgabat.
On this occasion, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the Expo participants. “Achievements in the country’s socioeconomic development are a solid foundation for building a bright future. Therefore, we attach particular importance to the continued stable development of the economy. Large industrial complexes equipped with advanced technologies are being created, and work to modernize all industries and transition to a digital system is successfully continuing,” the head of state noted in his congratulation message.
Ministries and agencies, domestic entrepreneurs, and foreign companies are participating in the exhibition.
The Expo highlights the current state of the national industry, agriculture, energy, construction, transportation, communications, and other key sectors.
Embracing the age-old traditions of national costume and contemporary trends in cut and decoration, the fashion show served as the perfect advertisement not only for the impeccable quality of our fabrics but also for the unique, and therefore instantly recognizable, style of Turkmen fashion.
A concert featuring the country’s pop singers added a vibrant touch to the exhibition forum.
The Exhibition of Economic Achievements of Turkmenistan, dedicated to the 34th anniversary of the country’s independence, will run until September 20.
