On April 5, a football tournament organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan took place in Ankara city in Turliye, as reported by the turkmenistan.gov.tm.
The sporting event was timed to coincide with the 2026 motto—”Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan—the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses”—and to coincide with World Health Day.
Representatives of the Arkadag Football Club fan club and Turkmen students studying in Turkey participated in the competition. The tournament served as a platform for strengthening friendships, developing a sports culture, and promoting an active lifestyle among the younger generation.
The games were held in a dynamic and friendly atmosphere. Participants demonstrated a high level of preparation, team cohesion, and a desire to win. The final match marked a vibrant conclusion to the tournament and generated great interest among spectators.
