Law launches process of Armenia’s accession to EU, says press service of Armenian president.
Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed the law on the beginning of the process of the country’s accession to the EU.
“On April 4, President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a law on the beginning of the process of Armenia’s accession to the EU,” the presidential press service said in a statement.
Earlier, in January 2025, The Armenian government approved a draft law to initiate the country’s EU membership application process.
