On 23–24 December 2025, a working visit of the delegation of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan, headed by the Director of the Training Centre, took place at the Customs Institute of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The visit aimed to develop cooperation in the field of training, retraining and advanced professional development of customs personnel, as well as to exchange experience in the implementation of modern educational technologies.
During the visit, meetings were held with the management of the Customs Institute, within the framework of which presentations on the activities of the Institute and the Faculty of Retraining and Advanced Training were delivered. The parties discussed the application of information and communication technologies, electronic systems for monitoring and assessing knowledge, as well as the use of modern teaching methods in the educational process. Issues of further cooperation in the field of training and retraining of personnel, exchange of training and methodological materials, and implementation of joint educational initiatives were also considered. The visit programme additionally included familiarization with classrooms, specialized departments, the library, computer laboratories and training models.
