United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has appointed Dmitry Shlapachenko of Ukraine as the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan, with the host Government’s approval.
Recently, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov received the newly appointed Resident Coordinator of the United Nations (UN) in Azerbaijan Dmitry Shlapachenko.
