A delegation from Magtymguly Turkmen State University was on a working visit to Urumqi

Recently, the rector of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly O. Ovezsakhedov, teachers of the Department of Oriental Languages N. Hezziyeva and A. Allaguliyev, as part of the Turkmen delegation, were on a working visit to participate in the “Central Asia-China Conference on Cooperation in Production, Education, Science and Practice” held in Urumqi, People’s Republic of China.
During the working visit, the “Framework Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Teaching Chinese Language between the Magtymguly Turkmen State University (Turkmenistan), the International Language Education and Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Education (People’s Republic of China) and Xinjiang Normal University (People’s Republic of China)”, as well as trilateral Framework Agreements with the Chinese side were signed with the participation of the rectors of the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and the Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute.
Within the framework of the Agreement signed by the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, it is intended to establish and develop academic and scientific cooperation aimed at carrying out joint research and educational activities, expand cultural relations and thereby form a single educational, cultural and information space. The tasks ahead in this area include methodological support for educational work, exchange of teachers and scientists, joint development of teaching aids, implementation of programs to improve the qualifications and level of education of teachers in mutually beneficial areas, organization of training and advanced training courses for Chinese language teachers at Magtymguly Turkmen State University, joint scientific research in mutually beneficial areas, joint holding of academic events, and publication of scientific and methodological articles.
The signing of these Agreements was a further manifestation of the long-standing positive partnership between Turkmenistan and the People’s Republic of China.
