The Embassy of India in Turkmenistan will host an official flag-hoisting ceremony and celebration to mark India’s 80th Independence Day on Saturday, 15 August 2026.
The morning event will take place at India House (located at Gagarin 7, Bekrewe, Ashgabat) from 08:30 to 09:30 morning.
The celebration will bring together members of the Indian diaspora residing in Turkmenistan, Friends of India and international guests, also embassy officials and staff.
