The organizing committee has officially confirmed that the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) will serve as a Premier Partner for the 31st International Conference and Exhibition “Oil & Gas of Turkmenistan” (OGT 2026).
The international forum combining a strategic conference with an extensive commercial energy exhibition. It will held between 21–23 October of this year, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. The forum, and exhibition hosted by the Turkmen Energy Forum alongside national state corporations, with SOCAR serving as the headline Premier Partner.
The in-person event will feature high-level plenary sessions, structural B2B meetings, and a massive international expo showcasing cutting-edge energy technologies. More than 100 international delegates from over 20 countries have already confirmed their attendance. Core Focus and purpose of the summit serves as Eurasia’s flagship platform to attract foreign direct investment and strengthen regional transit partnerships. Key thematic focus areas for the 2026 agenda include:
• Infrastructure & Expansion: Advanced development phases of the supergiant Galkynysh gas field and progress updates on the transnational TAPI pipeline project.
• Offshore Exploration: New drilling operations in the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea, highlighted by PETRONAS’ upcoming winter drilling campaign.
