In order to further improve the work of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution. According to the Resolution, it was decided to open the Department of Peace and Neutrality at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, and the structure of this institute was approved.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, together with the Ministry of Education, is instructed to prepare master’s curricula in the field of Peace and Neutrality at the Institute of International Relations starting from the 2026-2027 academic year in accordance with international standards within a month and submit them to the relevant Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers for approval, as well as to prepare proposals for introducing amendments and additions arising from the Resolution into the legislation of Turkmenistan within a month and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers.
