The Embassy of Japan in Ashgabat is recruiting a local employee for the Political and Economic Section. Primary responsibilities include collecting and analyzing open data, coordinating work with government agencies and the private sector, organizing events, interpreting, and performing routine administrative tasks.
Opening hours: Monday through Friday, 9:15 morning to 18:00 evening (lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00 afternoon) in the Paytagt shopping center building.
The contract is for one year, with a three-month probationary period and the possibility of extension. Salary is determined based on the candidate’s experience and interview results.
Requirements for candidates:
- Citizenship of Turkmenistan and Higher Education
- Fluent in English, native Turkmen and Russian (knowledge of Japanese is welcome)
- Document drafting skills, confident PC proficiency (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good health and no criminal record.
