In May, the Turkmenistan Traditional Karate Team will hold a training camp and compete in the Central Asian Cup tournament in Tashkent.
From May 4 to 14, the athletes will prepare in joint training sessions and then compete in the tournament from May 14 to 20.
The team includes 16 athletes, each holding the first adult rank: Serdar Bayryyev, Yunus Mukhammedgulyyev, Ibrahim Shagulyyev, Bayramgylych Merdanov, Ykhlas Jumanazarov, Daniyor Bakhtyyarov, Eldar Taganov, Cherkez Myradurdyev, Bazarbay Odayev, Revshen Geldibayev, Derya Begmamedov, Sylap Toilymyradov, Ykhlas Annagurbanov, Meilis Charyev, Selim Yanbayev, and Shamil Guseinov. Coach Aziz Zekeryayev will head the delegation.
