Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov will hold an International Scientific and Project Work Competition titled «The Role of Youth in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals», dedicated to World Environment Day and the 35th anniversary of the Independence of Turkmenistan.
Students of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan and foreign countries are invited to participate in the competition. The competition will be held in two stages in Turkmen, English, and Russian languages. Participants are invited to submit scientific works in one of the following six areas: Zero Hunger; Clean Water and Sanitation; Affordable and Clean Energy; Climate Action; Life Below Water; Life on Land.
In the first stage, authors or two co-authors must send their scientific projects to the Central Organizing Committee by May 10 via the email address science.tm2024@gmail.com.
The best submitted works will be selected for participation in the next stage of the competition. They will be published on the official website of the university tohu.edu.tm on May 20.
The second stage of the competition will be held from June 1 to June 5. During this stage, students will present their scientific projects online before the Central Organizing Committee.
Scientific works will be evaluated based on the following criteria: relevance; innovation and scientific value; consistency of description; accuracy and clarity of presentation; feasibility and cost of implementation; quality of preparation and completeness of the project.
The results of the competition will be summarized based on the total points awarded across all evaluation criteria. Winners of the competition will be awarded diplomas of II, III degrees, and gifts, as well as I from the S.A.Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University.
