An international seminar on current issues in education management and strategic development is being held at Shenyang Normal University (People’s Republic of China). A delegation from Turkmenistan, including representatives of the domestic education sector, is actively participating in this prestigious forum, which brings together specialists from Russian-speaking countries. This was reported on the website education.gov.tm.
The intensive course, organized by the Chinese side, aims to comprehensively exchange best practices in the modernization of national education systems, digitalization of the educational process, and the implementation of modern management technologies.
The seminar’s program is rich and practical. During the theoretical sessions, participants explore Chinese models of higher education modernization, innovative approaches to leadership development, and effective intercultural communication. The Turkmen delegates were particularly interested in the “smart campus” concept and the “one school, one brand” strategy, which demonstrate high standards in organizing the learning environment.
An important addition to the lectures taught by leading professors and directors of major Chinese universities was a series of field trips to Liaoning Province. Representatives from Turkmenistan were given a detailed overview of the Experimental School, which successfully operates specialized centers for high technology, innovative development, psychological support, and Olympiad training.
The program’s itinerary further includes visits to Xiamen University and one of the city’s largest innovation centers, Shenzhen. During these visits, participants will explore practical mechanisms for integrating science, education, and industry, as well as government support for technology startups.
The participation of domestic specialists in international programs of this scale is direct evidence of the consistent implementation of state policy to improve education. The Turkmen delegates express their sincere gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Hero-Arkadag, and the President of Turkmenistan, Arkadagly Hero-Serdar, for their comprehensive support, tireless attention to professional development, and the creation of all the conditions necessary to adopt best international practices.
